In this AU, Luz's father was alive, but she had an older sister, a younger brother and a bad childhood, caused by her mum neglecting her, her siblings bullying her relentlessly and a forced breakup. This resulted in her hiding her emotions behind a cold, stone like expression, speaking in a monotonous voice, and taking joke conversations seriously. Then she got enrolled in Hexside College, where her future changed forever
