Several months after escaping from his life spent in the white room, the 'Masterpiece' Ayanokouji Kiyotaka now enrolls in Advanced Nurturing High School as a first-year student intending to live a quiet and peaceful life alongside his close friend Eiichiro.

Little did he know that fate had other plans for him as he found himself in a hauntingly familiar room with not white but velvet blue walls.
