PlayTime Co. has presented an on-site orphanage for children needing a safe place to stay. With schools, toy stores and councilors, PlayCare is just what every child needs. It has always been a place of joy for children and adults alike. From the Smiling Critters to the teachers and staff, everyone seems to have a grin.

Young Theodore Grambell is one of the fortunate children to be in this program, yet he struggles daily with extreme anxiety that someone or something is going to kill him. It's a feeling he can't shake.
