McKenna or "Kenny" Winters claims that she doesn't like sports. Her best friend Bailey is dating a guy on the hockey team and begs her to come to the games because she doesn't want to watch them alone.

When Bailey finally convinces her to go to a game, she meets Casey Kowalski who is in fact not a guy, but a girl. The only girl on the hockey team and co-captain with Bailey's boyfriend Anthony. What happens when McKenna starts to fall for Casey but Casey has been hurt in the past and has a heart so cold, it seems impossible to melt?
