Damian Corvinus Hellsing-Dracula, was once the quirkless adopted son of the number one and number three hero, All Might and Green Telek, till the day he died, then he came back as the son of Dracula and his modern day Bride and master, Sir Integra Fairbrook Wingate Hellsing, his birth father finds him and brings him back to England where he's taught to use his powers.

While on a mission in France he meets a girl who's just unlocked her quirk, causing her friends and family to turn on her, this girl was named Marinette Dupain Cheng, she goes with Damian, and soon they go to Japan to attend the Hero school U.A.
