My father once said I had wolf-like eyes. He believed I could see into someone's soul, and that I had both fierceness and loyalty, even though I didn't fully understand what he meant. Each side has continuously employed, exploited, and annihilated the other...the cycle of animosity endures through successive generations...we are too consumed to enact transformation...in the past, I held a naive belief...I thought change was possible...thus, would you be open to listening to my account?...his story? The actions taken by Koba resulted in the escalation of armed conflict and the subsequent deployment of soldiers. On both sides, civil wars emerge and result in a realignment of loyalties. I didn't aspire to be part of it. I harbored no desire to take another life...to confront my past, to confront him, it appeared that fate was once again unkind to me.
