Elizabeth Taylor is born with the ability telepathy. In the superpower world, telepathy is rare, and even rarer since she is a class A ability user. Knowing that she is unique, Elizabeth signs with the military to join the Local Police Ability Force, L.P.A.F. While in training she meets new friends, finds love, tragedy, and heart break. While in The Academy, she is singled out to join an Elite Force who are specifically release to eliminate the most ruthful ability users.
