So this is takes place where there is a outbreak where a world is now invested with people that had turned faceless and starts cannibalising each other and some of them had been captured for experiments to find the cure but one day on of their experiments Escaped and is now on a journey to find who is responsible for this as she tries to refrain her cannibalistic instincts to keep her humanity. Along the way she makes friends and reunites with people Kate used to know back then before the faceless Apocalypse started. (I created Katie last year and the faceless stuff is inspired by.
