Chapter One

After crash-landing on Earth, Turquoise and Emerald find themselves in the strange yet beautiful Beach City. The Crystal Gems don't trust them, and Emerald is slowly growing apart from her best friend. Nothing seemed to be going right in her life.
But she has an aloof, overly-exuberant kid named Steven to show her the ropes. Things can't be all that bad, right?
