Day one

This is going to be my journal where I will write like a summary of that day

If your thinking this everything in there will be private meaning none of my personal info will be giving away. I will be makking up a new name just for the journal so I would not give away my actual name

Also I really want to try doing this as a mental health helper or whatever you call it . I always tried to make a journal but ended up being to lazy to write in it so I think this will help better so yea keep a look out daily

Also pls don't get mad at me if I couldn't post or anything I have a really good reason not to post thanks
