YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. **In this story, like in "Equestria (An MLP Fanfic)", every character in this story is a witch or wizard. ^^** <><><> Twilight Sparkle is new to the Celestial Academy Of Advanced Magic (CAAM). Her mentor, the one and only Princess Celestia, sent her there for one reason: to make real, true friends. 5, to be exact. 5 with special abilities to help Twilight fight forces of evil hell-bent on taking over Equestria, the magical realm that they live in. --- Once at the CAAM, Twilight meets a very colorful, rebellious teen named Rainbow Dash, who is the sole target of the very popular, snobby group of female bullies at the CAAM, called the "Diamonds". Rainbow Dash's sister/BFF, Fluttershy, is under Rainbow's constant supervision (she is quite shy, so bullies target her too). Rainbow is basically Fluttershy's bodyguard. --- Being Celestia's star student, Twilight catches the eyes of Rarity, a beautiful, fashion-obsessed, diva. However, there's just one problem: SHE'S the leader of the bullies tormenting Rainbow and Fluttershy and the Queen Bee of the CAAM! O_O Rarity hangs with several other girls: Trixie Lulamoon, who's second in line for the Diamonds' throne (she nominated herself... O_O); Sunset Shimmer, who feels Trixie shouldn't be the next leader; Octavia Melody, who isn't really as mean as the other girls - actually, she isn't mean at all; and... Pinkamena Diane Pie, a.k.a. "Pinkie Pie", the party girl who's friends with pretty much EVERYONE, hence the reason why the Diamonds consider her a valuable asset... that, and she's Rainbow's roommate. Twilight's status as Celestia's star pupil makes Rarity, an opportunist, try to recruit Twilight as a Diamond.
