Ruby stark or as she knows herself as the winter widower (the female version of the winter soldier James Bucky barns) Ruby is the daughter of tony stark. Mother is unknown. When ruby was two she was taken by hydra and became the winter soldier 2.0 While ruby is also a super soldier, hydra also used her as a test subject for powers. To see if they can find a way to give a person magic (like Wanda). Ruby went through what Bucky did. She's now 16 years old and stuck in hydra. She is extremely intelligent, sassy/ big attitude (like her dad) but her mind was wiped of its memoirs everytime she started to remember stuff. For the rest you will have to read.
