The Visit, Transformation, and the First Punishment

Izuku goes to America to visit his father after he sends him an invitation. Hisashi recommends Izuku to visit the town of Silent Hill due to it being a popular tourist destination. What Izuku wasn't expecting was to return from the town with a power that far surpassed quirks in every way. Izuku returns to Japan where he not only receives a quirk from All Might, but also a chance to become one of the greatest heroes in history.

I've only watched the first Silent Hill film, but I don't own any of the games or Silent Hill Revelation, so most of this will be improvised or based on speculation.
