Chapter One: Welcome to Seal Beach

Best friends Maya and Esther were fed up with their expensive, social, stressful lives in Los Angeles and decided that the best remedy was to move to a small seaside town and open a coffee shop. They also escape the horrible city dating scene while they're at it. The friends buy Dolly's Place in Seal Beach, California and start renovations as they meet handsome townies marine biologist Albie and bartender Charlie. What began as a search for a quiet, uneventful life is about to turn into much more.
