(This is a sequel to another fic of mine called Betrayed. You don't have to read it to understand, but I highly recommend it!) Eudora Damaris believes that everything is destined by fate. She was born to amazing, loving parents who'd give the world to keep her safe. But she soon starts to realize that not everything that's been kept from her is for her safety and well being. It took one night of winter solstice in the Night Court to become hooked. Not just in the beautiful city but the friends she's met in turn every time she visits. It's one night after countless visits she runs into the Heir of the Night Court, and there is something different about him. Alluring. Enough so that one visit isn't enough. She wants to see Nyx Archeron more than just on the night of Winter Solstice. But meeting Nyx is just the beginning. Though fate brought them together, a prior rivalry between their mother's lures the pair into a hole of secrecy, pain, and betrayal. Eudora and Nyx don't wish to be caught up in the past, but that's the only way they are able to see a future for each other.
