Dixie (right?) had never gotten a chance to "live" after the war. He turned into a pie baker of sorta for Yankee's guests. Absurd, no? Well, he hated when Yankee (America?) gave him the name Dixie (it's too sugar-coated), he prefers almost anything else. He tries to say his name isn't "Dixie" and the fact it's horrendous. Does he?
