After every country fell into a meaningless war. The billionares of society fled to a remote Island in the middle of the Atlantic, built with levitation rings that they used to rise the island to the sky and above the clouds. After that the world fell silent. Countries brought their troops back home, and signed countless treaties. They were scared that The Floating Island was preparing for an attack, so scared they wanted to attack them first. But the Floating Island was ready for that.
