Nolan Ezra was attending his fifth year at Hogwarts for the second time. Having failed an important class that's required for passing the year.

The 19 year old boy was a Hufflepuff and befriended a lot of people during his years in Hogwarts. He was also a herbalist which caused him to make a friendship with a Gryffindor named Neville Longbottom.

Yet in order to be a great herbalist you need to be well acquainted with potions. To his surprise the snarky Slytherin Draco Malfoy helps him study potions.

Though Nolan wants to accomplish being a healer he barely pays attention in class making him in detention with Professor Snape half of the time.
