Izuku Midoriya did not want to marry, he wanted to be a knight and to ride off to battle on a whim, without having to worry about anyone else. But when his father traps him in a marriage contract insisting he have an heir before he does service of any kind Izuku agrees to the first betrothal that he is offered, dreading marriage with all he has. But when the wedding day comes, and he meets his bride, he realizes that married life may not be so awful after all. That being said, no marriage is perfect.
