AUTHOR'S NOTE

In the 60th year of the annual Hunger Games, Panem is in worse a state than ever. The districts are in an economic crisis as the harvests have been barren, and a disease has struck the livestock and seafood of districts 4 and 10. The people of Panem are on high alert - how will the Capitol punish them? How many of their children will be offered as 'tributes' to fight and pay for the Capitol's lack of resources? Follow the story of a young farmer, Azalea Cull, to see everything that happens in this epic story.
