Mehreen is twenty-two years old and she has relatively come to terms with her life, until one day the Prince calls for an election. Enamoured and excited about the prospect of getting to live in the Palace and meet the Royal Family, Mehreen applies. But there are other forces at play when her best friend, Elise, shares a secret with her that changes her life forever. Now Mehreen must decide what matters most: freedom or power.
