Prologue

In the year 20XX there were The Waves, a universal anomaly that caused certain individuals to develop superpowers know as Mystics and those that could sense them called Perceivers. Resulting from the following chaos, The Ranger Association was founded, a collection of Mystics that would solve and prevent crimes from Mystics using their abilities for their personal gain, deemed by society as "Rogues".

Sol, callsign "The Phoenix", stumbles upon a plan by an organized group of Rogues led by a mysterious figure know as "Bloodwork". Stopped and halted by the growing corruption of The Ranger Association and a promise made to his brother, his loyalties become tested to their limits.
