Chapter 1

Lily is in love with 5sos. She has all their album. Been to all the shows in her home town and her favourite member is Luke and Calum. Lily's lives with her mum ( her dad is away on a business trip for 3 years in Africa) and her mum has never told her her last name. She never really cared till one day when she is curious and asks. What she finds out gives her a massive surprise. Then her life will take a turn when she is diagnosed with lung cancer and has 3 weeks to live.
