Prologue

Nina is Australian. She used to live in small town by the beach in Sydney, Nina had a tough upbringing without her mother around, and her father exposed her to a private army that trained people to hunt werewolves. This private army was brutal, and helped shape Nina to become a strong and independent woman. Nina finds herself fleeing her life in Sydney and travelling all the way to Los Angeles to escape a certain danger. In Los Angeles, she comes across her mate, whom she mysteriously feels nothing for. Will Nina find out why she is immune to the mate pull? Or will she flee as her past catches up to her?
