Joey has reached a point where he thinks that success is not for everyone. He is content with his low class life, until a mysterious young woman shows up to change everything. He is forced to question his beliefs when the young woman links him to the mayor, who offers him a chance to change his life. Joey is trapped in a web of secrets and confusion as he discovers that his ticket to a better future might mean destroying an old friend's life.
