Kasper Piotrowski was always silent, never uttering a word. Despite his desire to speak, he couldn't find the courage. Diagnosed with autism at the age of ten, his struggles were dismissed due to his abusive father. He was labeled an attention seeker, a liar, and a fraud. This led him to isolate himself from the world, except for his eleven-year-old sister, Agnes.

But when the world plunged into chaos, overrun by the undead, Kasper had no choice but to join a large camp filled with diverse individuals. He had to learn to work in a group. It was there that he formed a unique bond with Daryl Dixon, the rugged redneck of the group.
