CJ (Cersei junior) Lannister is the daughter of Cersei and Jamie Lannister. Gregor Clegane was her guard and Sandor Clegane was her older brother Joffery's guard. She eventually fell in love with Sandor.

Cj is protected by the Mountsin from everything. He wants to protect her from the world but unfortunately he cannot. But he can protect her from certain men.
