Chapter One

As Storybrooke museum's newest security hire, Belle French hopes to utilize her new position to convince her paranormal-obsessed brother, Gaston, that the legends surrounding Storybrooke are nothing more than urban myths. But upon meeting the handsome, but distant museum curator, Mr. Gold, Belle begins witnessing peculiar happenings at the museum.
Suddenly, she can't help but wonder if the town's greatest legends are actually real, especially the story of the Dark One's Dagger--a cursed blade whose previous owners have all vanished without a trace.
A blade that Mr. Gold now possesses . . . and might become his downfall.
