Chapter 1: Falling For You

Erika had always hated weddings - a hate that only grew as she watched her siblings get blindly married off. Her father played with their lives like poker chips, using his children to fill his own wallet through marriage deals.

It wasn't long before Erika found herself being fitted for a gown, only hearing about her groom to be through secondhand stories. There was no way she was going to accept getting married off - especially to a man she had never met.
