seungkwan opens the door with a candle-lit cupcake in hand, one too perfect to be handmade, and singing somewhat seriously: the vibrato is clear and his voice is full and intoxicating, but it still holds that goofy lilt that minghao loves.

"happy birthday to you." seungkwan finishes, holding out the treat for minghao to blow out. minghao takes his time, fishing around his brain for an appropriate wish, until ultimately deciding on nothing new to have. instead, he wishes for things to stay as they are. with seungkwan, with his art, with his life.
