Ability name and description

In which a death note falls out of the sky in front of you, an ability user.

"Hmm what's this? Death Note?..." I picked up a black notebook with the title of Death Note.

When I opened the death note, the left side of it had a list of rules to follow.

"Is this a joke?"

Well, there was only one way to find out whether or not this is a joke.
