Description
Starting off in 1978, freshly 17-year-old Anastasia is a troubled girl who, on the outside, has a picture-perfect relationship with her mother. But after a traumatic experience with her step-father her mother turns against her, and she realizes the only thing she has is a hope for a better life and a dream of being a star. This is a story about a girl doing whatever she can, including using her body, to get to the top. When she inevitably runs away, her one friend Oliver decides to go with her. As Anastasia and Oliver slowly climb the social ladder in Hollywood, they both learn some tough lessons about the industry and life itself, and eventually crashing and burning.
