Things to be clarified before reading the fanfic

Hi! this is an AU who comes to think of it, change lots, or the entire lore. Mikado just woke up on an island by a boy with raven hair, but Mikado doesn't remember anything of what happened and how he got here, the only clue of his memories is this red mark on his neck.
