The world is split into two Factions, three super, no, hyperpowers.

The International Security Treaty Organisation, ISTO, includes the United European Federation and the United States of the Americas, and it's sworn enemy, the Sino-Russian People's Pact, the successor to the Russian Federation, and what remains of the People's Republic of China.

Then the UEF, along with the various sub-states that belongs to UEF member states, appeared in a new world.
