The story is about high school lovers who ended up in a tragic fate under the control mysterious wishing star, who appeared to have a physical embodiment. Back in the year 1999, there were terrorism attacks, the war between Estrella and Libertia due to the border control, and political discrimination in Oroboa. The current story takes place in the year 2006.

The story is heavily inspired by the historical events between 1999-2006.
