When Monica Lockett discovers that her destiny is tied to what her mother left behind, she leaves her hometown in a search for the woman that abandoned her eleven years ago and the questions she left unanswered. All that with the addition of a desperate council forcing her to take upon a grave sacrifice, an organization seeking an end to all lycans, and a nemesis which would do anything to put a halt in her tracks.
