In a city full of crime, there was only one person who could potentially stop the spread of evil from happening. As 28 year old Braxton (Bugs) became one of the few to step onto the plate as the town's greatest vigilante hero. Problem is, Los Angeles was filled with cops. Including his own best friend Dustin (Daffy), who was a rookie fresh from the police academy, and is also determined to clean the streets, safe. As the two embark on their own paths to help stop the criminals at hand, not knowing what they may face. Nor recognize the very hidden fact that the two were actually a lot closer at heart than they ever realize.
