The town was relatively small with only about 1,500 occupants so by law it's actually a village. Due to the low population everyone knows everyone in a sense, they know the man down the street, the nice elderly women next door, and the outcast that lives on Windside Street. The outcast is a girl, everyone knows this girl and the reason she wears a mask that covers everything besides her right eye.
