Tommy is a god, of what no one knew. But powers like his were only of the gods, and he came from their realm. When he goes down to earth possessing as a non powered Civilian, the villains know better.

Tommy is an all powerful god, but he got bored. He goes down to the mortal realm to see what's happening and ends up becoming probably the most feared villain to ever exist.
