Four years after the cold war, the former Warsaw Pact states joined NATO including Russia and its former Soviet republics where a new era of peace has begun, months later, NATO finished building a portal to another dimension (after it's first construction in 1987) which is the world of Teyvat from Genshin Impact. This made NATO send an expeditionary force to discover Teyvat and its surroundings. The man leading the NATO Expeditionary Forces to Teyvat is Zack Kichi, a Russian American and a former member of the 75th ranger regiment and Ghost Recon operative as he will lead the entire expeditionary force on behalf of General Scott Mitchell, however, he must face the politics back in his world interfering with the expedition which will affect his reputation and the expeditionary itself
