1: Destination Earth

Four teletubbies named Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa-Laa and Po are cops from another planet and they have traveled to planet earth to chase down and arrest a orange tubby criminal named Bill. While there, they make a bunch of new friends and go on adventures with them. These are a collection of stories from said adventures.
