Description
Aelia has been in Daofen, a high-security prison, for most of her young life. She's longed for freedom, but she knew that her chances are slim, so she pushes her wishes away, focusing on reality. But when King Alaric dies, a new inmate, a boy around her age, gets shoved in her cell. Who is this boy? What crime did he commit? Does the boy connect tot he King's death? Whoever he is, Aelia doesn't care. That is, until she gets offered her freedom. Then Aelia will do anything. Maybe the boy and the King are connected to her life. Maybe their the reason she's been seeing things? Aelia knows she's strange, but with these new events, maybe they'll be more worth it to her than she thought. (This is not a fanfiction.
