Description
The story begins with Erika Thrymson, a teenage girl who has been sent to Jorvik by her busy father. Erika is an independent loner at heart and almost prefers it. Which is why she's been sent to spend the summer on a remote island in the middle of the North Atlantic. When arriving to Valedale Village, Erika feels lonely and out of place. During Erika's stay at Valedale Village, she volunteers at the delivery services and the stables for the summer where she'll work with the horses; a dream come true for many teenagers, but not for a girl who recently lost her best friend. The nature of Jarlaheim is a secret that few people know. It is a place of magic, mystery, and for Erika, intrigue, danger, and adventure. (Writing for fun and Oc's are mine).
