Description: Before the events of the Chrono Stone, Feida was experimenting on people in secret from Saru. There were so many of these people with awakened genes that they organized their own organization, the Scarlet Constellation. Syuusan Aley believes that Evan is to blame for everything, since he is the leader of the Feida. Their organization decides to kidnap an important person for Saru, Matsukaze Tenma. However, these people don't want to harm his brother.
