New neighbors?

The sequel to Goku and the Red Dragon...Goku Jr is a freshman in high school when new neighbors move in next to him and Grandma Pan.
Ichigo is a fire dragon who was born and raised in Dragon Realm by her parents, but due to her father's work have decided to move to Earth Realm.
Ichigo has a clear dislike for Goku Jr...does it have to do with Goku Jr's family or something else?
