(Note: This is the first poetry I wrote, so I'm sorry if it's not that good. Feel free to give me tips/feedback to improve.) ----------------------------------- "The lovely red flower symbolizes a person who spends their entire life with somebody until that person gets tired of them and leaves. The "you" in this poem means a gardener, and the gardener means the person leaving the "lovely red flower." The first four lines are when the two persons meet, and the second is when the "gardener" gives the "lovely red flower" warmth and comfort. "Tall red flower, so heavy, it bends over, about to break, but you support it with a cage and stakes, and it remains upright afterward" symbolizes the person going through something terrible. The other person stays there, offering valuable advice to the person and never leaving their side. The last four lines mean the person leaving the other person because they grew tired of them and didn't want anything with them anymore. The lovely red flower in this poem represents how someone so important in our lives can significantly affect our physical/mental state if they leave us out of the blue."
