She loved her brother and he loved her too, but they were opposites. Her time with the Dursley's had an an effect on her different from her brother. He was open-hearted, trusting, kind, and brave and overall a promising Gryffindor. She, however, broke under the pressure of the Dursleys, and you know what they say, pressure makes diamonds.
