Description
Fools is a Shakespeare retelling of the first acts of multiple plays with a gothic twist. Sebastien finds himself on the shores of Illyria, discovering his ship, crew and twin sister had drowned in the tempest from the previous night. Rescued by the abused servant, water fae Antonio, he is brought to Prospero. Suffering from survivor's guilt, Seb discovers that Prospero caused the tempest and thus Viola's death. Vowing vengeance, Seb joins forces with Antonio and the unwittingly oblivious Nick Bottom. Together, they journey to the fae court of King Oberon to kill Prospero. On the other side of Illyria, a captured sold Viola disguises herself as the boy "Kirk". Serving at Queen Gertrude's vampire court, at the beginning of the vampire's religious abstinence from human blood. Caught between the rivalry of Iago and Polonius, Viola uses her feminine wits in a male dominated hierarchy to escape the castle and to find her lost brother Seb.
