Small town, beach side living 14 year old Summer Jane Hitsen is a very talented young woman. Shes the best singer/songwriter in town but most of all her ways of acting moves people in a real way. With her mother being in rehab, and her father being locked up she's been taking care of herself while also trying to manage a normal teenage life.
