Meet Brian Elwin Haner Jr; your average teenage boy in his 5th year at high school and the whole world at his feet.
That is until he finds out his mother is cheating on his father with another guy, which leads to his father abusing alcohol and becoming a totally different person.
Brian's world turns upside down altogether when his biggest secret about himself is let loose, and he feels the world is out to get him at every waking moment. Home isn't home anymore, school drags on day by day, and he feels defeated. That is until Brian becomes friends with the class loner, Matthew Sanders.
